Laser247 Official Site: How to Spot a Fake or Clone Before You Pay
Clones of Laser247 copy the logo and the colours and then ask you to deposit before an ID exists. Here are the six tells, what the real setup looks like, and what to do if you already paid.

The Laser247 official site never asks you to deposit before an ID exists, and the only WhatsApp number it uses is the one on the contact page. If a site or a person breaks either of those rules, it is a clone. That single test catches most fakes before you have lost anything.
Clones are common because copying a logo is cheap and a betting brand with a known name is easy bait. This guide lists the six tells we see most often, describes what the real setup looks like so you can compare, and covers what to do if you already paid. The short version: stop payments, report the number, and tell us so we can flag it.
A fake Laser247 site has six tells
The first tell is the domain. Clones use the brand name with extra words or numbers bolted on: an added "official", "vip", "pro", a stray digit, or a different ending. If you did not arrive from a link we sent you on WhatsApp, read the address bar slowly before you type anything.
The second is the order of events. A clone asks for money first and promises an ID after. The real process is the reverse, and we cover it in the next section. The third is the contact number. If the WhatsApp or Telegram number differs from the one on our contact page, it is not us, no matter what the profile says.
The fourth is an APK forwarded in a Telegram or WhatsApp group. The fifth is language: "guaranteed win", "predictor", "fixed match", "100% sure". Nobody who can predict a match outcome needs your ₹500. The sixth is what is missing. A real site has a responsible-gaming page and a KYC page, because it has to handle both. Clones skip them, because they never intend to pay out.
- A lookalike domain with extra words, numbers or a different ending
- Deposit first, ID later
- A WhatsApp or Telegram number that is not the one on the contact page
- An APK shared in a group instead of the browser
- "Guaranteed win" or "predictor" promises, and no KYC or responsible-gaming page
The real setup is message first, ID second, money third
Here is how it works with us. You message the team on WhatsApp. The team asks a couple of questions and sets up your betting ID. You receive the login, you check it works, and only then do you fund it. Average activation is under 5 minutes, and the fastest on record is 2 minutes 11 seconds.
At no point in that sequence have you paid for something you cannot see. That is the safety feature. If a "Laser247 agent" wants a deposit before you have an ID to put it in, the sequence is wrong, and the sequence is the thing clones cannot copy without giving up the scam.
If you have an ID and it stops working, check our guide on login problems before assuming the worst. Most login failures are a typo, a cached page or a maintenance window. A small number are people who were given a "login" on a clone that was never connected to anything.
| Step | Real Laser247 | Clone |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | You message the number on the contact page | A number messages you, or a group shares a link |
| 2 | Team sets up the ID and sends the login | Asks for a deposit to "activate" |
| 3 | You log in, check it works, then fund it | Login never arrives, or arrives for a dead site |
| 4 | Withdrawals go back to the account that deposited | Withdrawals need a "fee" or "tax" first |
We will never ask for your password, OTP or PIN on WhatsApp
The team will never ask for your platform password, a one-time password from your bank, your UPI PIN, or a card PIN. Not to verify you, not to speed something up, not to "fix" a stuck withdrawal. KYC asks for a photo ID, a selfie and a payment account in your name, and that is all.
This matters because the most effective clone is not a website. It is a WhatsApp profile with our name and logo that messages you with a problem you did not know you had. CERT-In, the national cyber security agency, publishes advisories on this pattern: a familiar brand, a made-up urgency, a request for a code. The code is the goal, and everything before it is set dressing.
If a message like that arrives, do not reply. Open the contact page from the site, not from the message, and ask us there whether we sent it. We did not.
A forwarded APK is not the Laser247 app
Files shared in groups are the second most common route we see people scammed by. An APK forwarded in a Telegram group can look exactly like a real app on the outside and do anything at all on the inside, including reading your SMS for bank OTPs. Android will warn you before installing from an unknown source. Listen to it.
The browser is fine. Our guide to the app against the browser goes into detail, but the summary is that the browser version does everything the app does, works on any phone, and cannot be swapped out for a fake by someone in a group you joined last week.
If you have already installed a forwarded APK, uninstall it, change the passwords for anything you logged into on that phone, and check your bank statement. Then read on.
If you were scammed, stop payments, report it, tell us
First, stop the money. Do not send the "release fee", the "tax" or the "verification deposit" that a clone will ask for after the first payment. There is no amount that makes the earlier money come back, and each payment is a fresh loss. Call your bank if a payment is pending and ask them to hold it.
Second, report it at the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. It takes a few minutes, it creates a record with a reference number, and it is the route the police and the banks actually use. Keep screenshots of the chat, the number, the UPI ID you paid to and the transaction IDs.
Third, tell us. Send the number and the domain to the team via the contact page. We flag the number, warn other customers who ask about it, and add the domain to the list we check against. We cannot recover the money, and we will not pretend we can. We can stop the next person.
When not to trust a referral
Referrals are how we grew. In 2019 our first 11 customers found us through word of mouth, with no ads and no SEO, one person telling another that we activated IDs the same day. We still get 30 to 40% of new customers that way. So we are not telling you to distrust your friends.
We are telling you to distrust a link. If a friend forwards a link with a discount code they cannot explain, or a "special offer" they have not used themselves, treat it as a stranger's link with a friend's name on it. Ask them where they got it. Half the time they got it from a group and never checked.
The safe version of a referral is a friend giving you the WhatsApp number they actually used, which should match the one on the contact page. If it does not match, one of you has the wrong number, and it is worth finding out which before any money moves.
Read the 1-star reviews, not just the rating
We have a 4.9 rating from 3,200+ Google reviews. That number on its own is close to useless for telling a real site from a clone, because a clone can type "4.9" on a landing page as easily as we can. What a clone cannot do is show you the 1-star reviews.
Our reviews include complaints. Most are resolved publicly, with an explanation, and we do not ask customers to remove negative reviews. A rating with the bad reviews visible is a record. A rating with nothing but praise underneath is a claim. If a site shows a perfect score and no complaints, the score is the tell.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the official Laser247 site?
- This site, laserindia247.net, is where the team publishes guides, the KYC and responsible-gaming pages, and the one WhatsApp number it uses on the contact page. The platform login is reached through the buttons on this site. If you arrived at a different domain with extra words or numbers, check it against the contact page before doing anything.
- How do I know if a Laser247 WhatsApp number is real?
- Compare it to the number on the contact page of this site. If it differs, it is not the team. A real conversation starts with you messaging us, not the other way round.
- Does Laser247 ask for a deposit before creating an ID?
- No. The team sets up the ID first and sends the login. You check it works and fund it after. Any site or person asking for money before an ID exists is a clone.
- Is there a Laser247 APK on Telegram?
- Not from us. APKs forwarded in groups can carry malware that reads bank OTPs. Use the browser, which does everything the app does, or follow the app guide on this site.
- What should I do if I paid a fake Laser247 site?
- Stop any further payments, including "release fees". Report the number, UPI ID and transaction IDs at cybercrime.gov.in. Then send the number and domain to the team through the contact page so it can be flagged for other customers.
- Are Laser247 predictor or guaranteed win offers real?
- No. Nobody can guarantee a cricket result, and we never promise winnings. Any message offering a predictor, a fixed match or a guaranteed win is a scam regardless of whose logo is on it.
