These terms govern your use of the Laser247 platform. Please read them before creating an account.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Laser247 account and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Laser247 account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Laser247 ID and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
4. Deposits
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. The minimum deposit is ₹500. Deposits are credited to your wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Laser247 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Withdrawals
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours on business days. Laser247 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.
6. Betting rules
All bets are final once confirmed. Bets placed on incorrect markets due to user error are not refunded. In the event of a match abandonment or void result, stakes are returned as per the applicable market rules. Laser247 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of manipulation or abuse.
7. Bonuses and promotions
Bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Misuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
8. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited: using the platform if under 18; creating multiple accounts; using automated software or bots; match fixing or any form of market manipulation; colluding with other users; using stolen payment methods; providing false information during registration or KYC.
9. Account suspension and termination
Laser247 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. Funds in a suspended account remain subject to withdrawal after investigation and verification.
10. Limitation of liability
Laser247 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, payment processing failures by third parties, or user error. We are not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Changes to terms
Laser247 may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or the platform. These terms were last updated: June 2026.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes arising from use of the platform should first be directed to Laser247 support. Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable legal jurisdiction.
